Sizes
Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL are designed to fit a waist circumference of 58-63 (64-68) 69-74 (75-79) 80-85 cm [22¾-24¾ (25¼-26¾) 27¼-29¼ (29½-31) 31½-33½ inches] and a hips circumference of 86-91 (92-96) 97-102 (103-107) 108-114 cm [34-35¾ (36¼-37¾) 38¼-40¼ (40½-42¼) 42¾-44½ inches]

Needles
Circular needles : 3.5 mm [US4] / 100 or 120 cm [40 or 47 inches] 
I find it’s more practical to use circular needles that are a bit wider than your hip measurement so that you can easily try the skirt on as you go. 

Gauge
19 stitches x 32 rounds = 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4 inches] in stockinette stitch on 3.5 mm [US4] needles after blocking. Make sure to swatch in the round, as your gauge may vary significantly from knitting flat.
