Gauge 
32 stitches x 20 rows = 10 x 10 cm in single crochet

Yarn
About 6O g (300m) of light fingering yarn
I used both Merino by Knitting for Olive and Sunday by Sandnes Garn
I used 4 different colors of yarn, distributed as follows : 
15 g of light yellow (C1) : Sunday by Sandnes Garn in color Banana 2114 ; 5 g of dark brown (C2) : Sunday by Sandnes Garn in color Chocolate 3880 ; 10 g of red (C3) : Merino by Knitting for Olive in color Red Currant ; 30 g of green (C4) : Merino by Knitting for Olive in color Pea Shoots

Other materials
2 x 8mm eyelets (I used the Prym eyelets with washers that you can easily find in fabric stores or online)
Fabric for the lining : about 20 x 35 cm. I used dark brown 100% cotton fabric. You will also need a sewing needle and matching thread.
For the strap : 2.4 meters of 8mm ribbon
