the bud tee - knitting pattern

The bud tee is worked from the top down and is designed to have 11-23 cm [4-9 in] of negative ease at the bust for a close-fitting silhouette. After the tee is fully knitted and blocked, POPPY is added using the duplicate stitch technique. 

Sizes
This pattern is available in sizes 1 (2) 3 designed to fit the following bust measurements :
80-89 (90-99) 100-109 cm 
[31.5-35 (35.5-39) 39.5-43 in]
For reference, my bust measurement is 89 cm and I’m wearing a size 1.

Finished garment measurements
Bust circumference : 69 (78) 86 cm  [27 (31) 34 in]
Length (measured at the middle back) : 42 (45) 48 cm [16.5 (17.75) 19 in]
Sleeve circumference : 28 (31) 35 cm  [11 (12) 14 in]

Needles
Circular needles : 3.5 mm [US4] / 100 or 120 cm [40 or 47 inches] and 3 mm [US2] for the folded edges

Gauge
19 stitches x 33 rounds = 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4 inches] in stockinette stitch on 3.5 mm [US4] needles after blocking
Make sure to swatch in the round, as your gauge may vary significantly from knitting flat.

Yarn
200 (250) 300 g of Line by Sandnes Garn 
10 g contrast yarn of Line by Sandnes Garn for duplicate stitch
